One of the physicians from our practice is always available for EMERGENCY MEDICAL CONCERNS after office hours, during the lunch hour and on Sundays.
PHONE HOURS
One of our physicians is available to speak with you personally from 8:30am to 9:00am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. A physician is also available to return phone calls when necessary at the end of the working day. Please feel free to call our office with your questions throughout the working day. Our trained staff will be happy to get answers to your questions from one of our physicians. All answers from a staff member have come from a pediatrician. Of course, a physician is always available for EMERGENCY medical concerns.
AFTER HOURS PHONE CALLS
We recognize that emergencies don’t always have the good manners to occur during our office hours. For that reason, one of our physicians is on call to help you with your EMERGENCY twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. For immediate emergency assistance dial 911 otherwise please call us at 973-992-5588 (Livingston office) or 973-292-1011 (Morristown office) and you will be instructed how to reach the physician on call. We pride ourselves on answering your call as promptly as we can! If you have not received a return phone call within ten minutes, please call again in case there was an error in paging. If you have caller ID block, please pay particular attention to the instructions so that we will be able to respond to your call. Please reserve these calls for emergency medical questions.
WALK-IN HOURS
* WALK- IN HOURS HAVE BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED FOR THE MORRISTOWN OFFICE* We apologize for the inconvience.
When: Mondays 8:30-9:00 a.m. Sign in by 8:45 a.m. Patients will be seen in order of arrival to the office. If you sign in after 8:45 a.m., we may have to offer you a scheduled appointment after 9:00 a.m.
Where: Just walk in- no phone call needed. Sign in at the front desk.
Why: These walk in visits are for the child who is sick and you are unsure whether or not he/she may go to school or work. We will make every effort to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Therefore, this time is reserved for short sick visits only. No well visits can be seen during walk-in hours and no complicated long term issues and consultations. As always, these visits may be scheduled during our regular office hours.
WELL BABY HOURS
These hours are reserved for your baby from newborn to eighteen months of age. Beginning in January-Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1:30-2:30 p.m. will be reserved for our youngest patients. These visits are for well check-ups only. We want to keep your baby healthy and happy!
